I have experience with every aspect of the law school admissions process, both personally and professionally. Besides my own applications to law schools, I helped my husband secure his admittance to the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. I graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1998, and practiced as a litigator for a few years before returning to Brooklyn Law where I served in roles as both the Assistant Director of Admissions and Associate Director of Admissions. While at Brooklyn Law, I was the first face that many prospective students got to know. I met with students on a regular basis, planned and executed programming for prospective and admitted students, and was involved in all aspects of reviewing a prospective candidate’s application for admission. In my time at Brooklyn Law, I, along with the Committee on Admissions, reviewed and made decisions on thousands of applications. I have the eye and experience to know what selective law schools are looking for in a prospective law student!
One of the most rewarding aspects of my time at Brooklyn Law School was getting to know the prospective applicants and admitted students, and then finally seeing these students enroll at Brooklyn Law. My students continually sought me out for advice as they went through the law school process. I understand firsthand what it is like to be a law school applicant, law student, and practicing lawyer. We will get to know one another, and most importantly, we will be able to present you in a way so that admissions officers will have a clear picture of who you are and why they should admit you.
